Detox Drinks


 

1. Lemon Ginger Detox Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1-2 cups water
  • Optional: honey or maple syrup to taste

Instructions:

  1. Boil the grated ginger in water for 5-10 minutes to make ginger tea.
  2. Let it cool slightly, then add freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  3. Stir in honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. Drink warm or chilled.

2. Green Tea Detox Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1 green tea bag or 1 teaspoon loose green tea leaves
  • 1-2 cups hot water
  • Slices of cucumber and mint leaves (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Steep the green tea in hot water for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Let it cool to room temperature.
  3. Add cucumber slices and mint leaves for extra freshness.
  4. Enjoy chilled or over ice.

3. Cucumber Mint Detox Water

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1-2 liters of water
  • Optional: lemon slices

Instructions:

  1. Combine cucumber slices and mint leaves in a pitcher.
  2. Fill the pitcher with water.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to infuse.
  4. Serve chilled, optionally with lemon slices added.

4. Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1-2 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Mix apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and honey in water.
  2. Stir well until honey dissolves completely.
  3. Drink it before meals or throughout the day for a gentle detox effect.

5. Berry Detox Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup spinach or kale leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Adjust consistency with more liquid if needed.
  3. Enjoy this antioxidant-rich smoothie as a nutritious detox drink.
