1. Chicken Caesar Wrap 🌯

Ingredients:

  • Cooked chicken breast, sliced 🍗
  • Romaine lettuce, chopped 🥬
  • Caesar dressing 🥗
  • Parmesan cheese, grated 🧀
  • Whole wheat tortillas 🌮

Instructions:

  1. Toss the chicken, lettuce, and Caesar dressing in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Place the mixture in the center of a tortilla.
  4. Wrap tightly and enjoy!

2. Caprese Salad 🍅🥗

Ingredients:

  • Cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
  • Fresh mozzarella balls, halved 🧀
  • Fresh basil leaves 🌿
  • Balsamic glaze or vinegar 🥤
  • Olive oil 🫒
  • Salt and pepper to taste 🧂

Instructions:

  1. Combine tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss gently and serve.

3. Quinoa and Veggie Bowl 🥣

Ingredients:

  • Cooked quinoa 🍚
  • Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes) 🫑🥒🍅
  • Avocado, diced 🥑
  • Lemon juice 🍋
  • Olive oil 🫒
  • Salt and pepper to taste 🧂

Instructions:

  1. Combine quinoa, vegetables, and avocado in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss and serve.

4. Turkey and Avocado Sandwich 🥪

Ingredients:

  • Whole grain bread 🍞
  • Sliced turkey breast 🍖
  • Avocado, sliced 🥑
  • Tomato slices 🍅
  • Lettuce leaves 🥬
  • Mayonnaise or mustard (optional) 🥄

Instructions:

  1. Spread mayonnaise or mustard on the bread slices if desired.
  2. Layer turkey, avocado, tomato, and lettuce on one slice of bread.
  3. Top with the other slice of bread.
  4. Cut in half and serve.

5. Veggie Stir-Fry 🍚🥢

Ingredients:

  • Mixed stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, carrots) 🥦🫑🥕
  • Cooked rice or noodles 🍚🍜
  • Soy sauce or teriyaki sauce 🥣
  • Olive oil 🫒
  • Garlic, minced 🧄
  • Ginger, minced (optional) 🌿

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic (and ginger if using) and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  4. Add cooked rice or noodles and soy/teriyaki sauce.
  5. Toss to combine and heat through.
  6. Serve hot.
