5 Easy Pasta Recipes for Food Lovers
1. Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
Ingredients:
- 12 oz (340 g) spaghetti
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the Spaghetti: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.
