Watermelon Feta Salad
Ingredients
4 cups watermelon, cubed
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare Ingredients:
Cube the watermelon, crumble the feta cheese, chop the mint leaves, and thinly slice the red onion.

Mix Salad:
In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, feta cheese, mint leaves, and red onion.
Dress Salad:
