Healthy Caesar Dressing Recipe



Ingredients:


1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.

Add Parmesan: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.


Season:

 Add salt and pepper to taste, and mix until smooth.

This healthier Caesar dressing substitutes Greek yogurt for the traditional mayonnaise, providing a creamy texture with fewer calories and more protein.
