Double Chocolate Cookies & White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies


 

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
  7. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

    2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
    3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
    4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
    5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
    6. Stir in the chocolate chips.
    7. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft.
    9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
